"J" is for Janet. Janet is "the legacy." She is the granddaughter of Gramma
Hilda, The Chef...The Legend. Janet has always been an animal lover just like Hilda. She was a dog groomer for
15 years. Janet is a professional baker. She currently bakes her Gramma Hilda's secret recipe for "Gramma
Hilda's Doggie Delights"®, and
has developed 8 new pallet pleasin' flavors for canines of all walks of life.
Janet is a blue ribbon winner in serveral baking categories on both a local and state level. She is the creator
of more than 15 original recipes of County Fair Delights which include gourmet muffins, breads, and sweet rolls for
people. Janet is the proud founder and co-owner of JC's Delights, Inc. She is the inspiration behind the perspiration!
Janet serves as CEO, creative design, and oversees the baking of the delights giving her final approval on each piece
that goes out. Janet's creative talents and enthusiasm are the driving forces which keep the company on the cutting
edge of small business. She aids in operating this small business successfully demonstrating her widely accepted combination
of professionalism with a home town feel. This approach presents a friendly atmosphere to JC's Delights customers...both
animal and human alike. Janet is the proud mommy to a Bichon Frise named Waiskai.

"C" is for Chuck. Chuck serves as the senior Vice President, and is the Master Treat Baker for
JC's Delights, Inc. Chuck is Gramma Hilda's son-in-law, and Janet's father. He really kicks up
the flour and gets the delights-a-bakin' when it comes to the nitty gritty kitchen tasks! He does not
lack experience in the baking arena. Starting in the 1940's, Chuck worked in a pie bakery which was located in Fairborn,
Ohio. From the mixing and rolling to the pulling out of the oven, Chuck finds a bakery to be second nature, and reminiscent
to his great childhood days! He is also an advanced wood worker making everything from the tedious scroll and fret work to
building the display cases, building "The Doghouse" (the JC's treat shop in Mt. Dora, FL) and
creating a "county fair" feel when you enter JC's Delights, Inc. bakery. Chuck has always been an inspiration
to Janet throughout her life. Teaching her to be everything from an animal lover to a hard worker has helped her
to get through life in both good and tough times. There is no closer father-daughter relationship to be found! In
their off time together they enjoy playing Fantasy Football, going out to eat, and sharing funny stories. Marilyn,
Chuck's wife and Janet's mother, jumps on board with JC's as assitant baker and bakery manager. Her
insight is tremendous. No stranger to the baking arena herself, Marilyn served as a 4-H advisor and placed many times
on a local level with her cookies, pies, and breads. Marilyn is a retired grooming salon owner as well.
During her salon days, she sold her famous doggie bows world wide by the thousands and helped her mother, Gramma Hilda, to
develope, bake, and distribute the origianl gourmet dog treats. It is obvious, this family has truly gone
to the dogs! And of course, Chuck & Marilyn are the proud doggie-grandparents to Waiskai, Janet's Bichon.
